Drop of the container to you shipping and receiving department and we handle the rest. After the refurbished or remanufactured process at our factory, you can expect your unit back in approximately five to 7 working days.

Do you accept International Orders ?
Due to an increase in mail order fraud involving international orders, we have temporarily suspended all international orders, except those shipping to Canada and APO/FPO. Other international customers wishing to purchase parts from AMCI may contact us by email at email@example.com to work our terms, conditions, and applicable costs.
What kind of payment terms can we set up with your company ? You may pay by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard) or fill out a our Simplified Credit Application for net terms payment. Hospital, Institution and Government Facilities with 100 beds and are listed in major directory listing will automatically up up with Terms. Facilities mention must have Administrative Purchasing and Accounting Departments. Soon you will be able to fill out a Credit Application online at our website. For now email us your request and one will be fax or mail to you.
How long does it take to get set up as a customer of AMCI ? After we receive your company's Credit Application it usually takes 1 - 2 days. However, you can receive pricing and availability from our customer service representatives right away.

Why did I get my invoice before my order? This occasionally happens when your shipment is shipped ground from our Texas warehouse. If you are on the east coast chances are your invoice, which is sent the same day as your shipment, will arrive first. We apologize for any inconvenience.
How do I process a return? In the event you need to return product please contact our customer service. Please provide the following information to expedite your return: number, product part number, number of items you need to return, and the reason for return. Once you have provided us with this information, Sales representative will contact the appropriate party to issue a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) Via Fax. Please allow 2 weeks for this process. To receive full credit for the return of parts must be unopened and in its original box. 25% restocking fee. We will have an RMA form on our site soon.
